HILLCREST GARDENS SDN BHD was incorporated in 1973. Its core business activity is property development. The principal shareholders of the Company are Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) and the Kuok Group. Since its inception, the Company's focus has been on township development in the Klang Valley. The first project undertaken by the Company is Seri Gombak - a 523-acre land located adjacent to Batu Caves. Development started in 1979 and it is now an established township. In 1995, the Company embarked on another major township development in Puchong, Taman Puchong Utama - a 600-acre mixed development project. Over the years, the Company has successfully completed and delivered more than 11,000 units of residential and commercial properties in both townships. From a fledgling 6-staff entity occupying a rented office in Masjid India, the Company has evolved into a respected and well established property developer with an enviable reputation for quality, reliability and punctuality. Today, the Company occupies its own modern premises, with a staff strength of over 50 and shareholders’ funds in excess of RM100 million.
