TAMAN PUCHONG UTAMA

Since it was unveiled in 1995, about 4,800 of the planned property units have been completed with about 3,560 more in the pipeline. When fully developed, the township will have an estimated population of 40,000.

While development of the rest of the township continues, facilities and amenities have been put in place to cater to the needs of the existing residents, these include three primary schools, a secondary school, kindergartens, playgrounds, surau, petrol station, clinics, convenience stores, restaurants and various shop outlets selling a variety of goods and services. These are complemented by a 9.2 acre recreational park equipped with jogging tracks and a futsal court - providing residents with green lungs and an additional venue for recreation and relaxation.
